Breaking the Ice Episode #21: Celebrity Crushes & Frontline Customer Service


In Episode #21 of Breaking the Ice, we first talk about some of our celebrity crushes from our teenage years. Please take careful note that Jenny’s response is much longer than Jeremy’s.

We then talked about frontline customer service and if we’d ever go back to a role that was primarily on the front lines. I think in both of our cases, we haven’t totally left. There’s insight to be gained from frontline support and we have huge respect for the people who work in those roles day in and day out.
