My Interview On The Fast Leader Show

I was recently interviewed by Jim Rembach of the Fast Leader Show and it went live a week ago. In preparation for the interview, I started listening to the show on a regular basis and there are a few things that really stood out about it.

  • Getting over the hump: Each episode is posted on Wednesday with the purpose of giving you insight and advice to get you over the hump.
  • Focus on challenges: Not only is Wednesday “hump day” but we also have humps or challenges we face in our lives. Jim Rembach asks his guests to share a challenge they have faced and how they got over the hump and came out stronger.
  • Unconventional approach: Many shows ask guests to highlight all of the good points. Jim seeks to get to know the real person, warts and all. I find it’s a lot easier to identify with a guest when I know their path hasn’t been perfect or easy to get to the point they’re at now.
