Jenny and Jeremy were recognized in May 2015 by MindTouch in a list of the Top 100 Customer Success Influencers.

In an article by ICMI, Jenny and Jeremy were listed in the Top 50 Contact Center Thought Leaders On Twitter.  Jenny ranked #45 and Jeremy ranked #17 on the list! Phone.com won the bronze award for Customer Service Department of the Year – Telecommunications at the 2014 Stevie Awards on February 21 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Phone.com was the recipient of the 2013 Best Practice In Customer Service award presented by the New York Enterprise Report.  This was due in large part to Jeremy and Jenny’s leadership.
Jeremy was ranked#85 in the “Top 100 Most Social Customer Service Pros On Twitter” article by Vala Afshar on the Huffington Post. top100Customer Service Life ranked #53 in the top 100 most influential customer service Twitter accounts by CallCentre.  Jeremy was voted #78.
