We Did It! #53 On The Customer Service 100 List

A couple months ago we asked you to nominate us for the list of the top 100 most influential customer service Twitter accounts.  We are pleased to announce that @commbetterblog made #53 on the list!  On top of that, our very own Jeremy Watkin (@jtwatkin) made the list at #78.

We want to offer a couple words of gratitude here.  First of all, thank you to our readers and followers for taking the time nominate us, follow us and read our blog.  Secondly, thank you and congratulations to all of the others on this list.  They are well deserving of the honor and we are truly grateful to the way so many of them willingly share their time and expertise with us.
