Next Week is Feedback Week
I love getting great feedback and routinely send a report to our agents applauding the terrific feedback we have received from customers over the last week. After giving it some thought, one thing led to another and we have declared that next week (January 21-25) is Feedback Week at Communicate Better Blog. Here’s what you can do to help us:
- Read our blog all week and comment for some great discussion and thought in regards to customer feedback.
- Tweet, Facebook, Email or Comment us with your MOST creative ideas on what we can do with all of our great feedback that we receive. Use hashtag “#CBFB.” We will award the best idea with a Starbucks card. The winner will be announced on Friday, January 25.
