Inspiring Creative (and sometimes musical) Customer Communication
If you work with me, you know I like to make customer service fun, honing in on the creative ways to help others.
Luckily, I work for a company that allows me and my team to use our unique abilities to enhance the communication with our customers.
Not too long ago, a customer I helped wrote a song of praise. I responded in song. You can read that post here.
A few weeks later, I received an email from Aviva who shared a link to a YouTube video in which she sings the blues about her recent DMV experience…from the DMV. She called it:
No Sympathy from the DMV
You can watch it here:
After watching her video, I felt inspired to make sure she knew that our company did have sympathy. And, could have helped prepare her for her visit.
But, I will say that having a songstress at the DMV office sure does make for happy people (perhaps this is a new job that the DMV needs to hire for to ensure people stay entertained while waiting).
So, of course, I grabbed my guitar, a pen, and paper. I wrote her a reply song and filmed it down at the beach near our office. Check it out:
DMV Sympathy
That said:
How can you inspire creative communication with your customers today?
