Customer Service Kudos Are Better When You Sing Them

In customer service at Phone.com we see quite a few “kudos” emails from customers every day.  They are awesome and never cease to make our day.  On occasion, customers will even speak with a supervisor or leave a voicemail to share their delight.  This one, however is a first for me.  This guy actually sang his “kudos” much like Placido Domingo or Luciano Pavarotti would.  You won’t want to miss it!
