Since Jenny and I started this blog, there are two things we have made very clear.  First of all, we work for Phone.com so much of our effort and energy devoted to this blog is to improve the way our company does customer service.  In fact, we want to make it awesome.  Secondly, we are passionate about our customers and customer service.
