Jeremy Guests On Crack The Customer Code
I recently had the opportunity of joining Adam Toporek from Customers That Stick and Jeannie Walters from 360Connext on their podcast, Crack the Customer Code. Several months ago, I highlighted this podcast as a great, concise way to learn about the latest in customer experience.
It was an honor to join Adam and Jeannie and discuss contact centers from my perspective as the Head of Quality at FCR. I discussed the importance of building a great culture and treating employees well. The result is that they are much more likely to treat customers well.
