Survey: Moving From Front Line Customer Service To Leadership

For some of you in contact center and customer service leadership, your move from front line customer service to a leadership role might be more fresh in your mind than others. After a recent discussion with Jeff Toister about some Zendesk research indicating that medium-sized companies struggle more with customer service than small and large, I want to spend some time exploring this transition.
