How funny – to use a social media channel to connect with people on the phone! Such a simple idea that’s totally genius, in my opinion.

Nothing can replace human to human connection. And, in the world of Twitter, you often fall down the rabbit hole reading Tweets and adding likes to posts on Instagram without actually connecting with anyone.

With the rise of AI in customer service, staying connected and well, human, with our customers becomes even more sought out and darn important.

With my focus on wellbeing and mental health in the workplace, I know first hand how challenging it can be to share something personal with a boss or coworker.

Often times, you feel like you have to just save your tears for the commute home.
