The Power Of One Great Interaction

As feedback week continues, I had the opportunity to write a bit about it on the Phone.com blog and the importance of each interaction with our customers whether it’s via our website, service or our customer service.  I shared a bit of feedback I received from a customer, Natalie Dustman (@ProformRE) and how one interaction with Dorian in support gave her enough confidence and trust to move her business to Phone.com.
