Improve Customer Service In 63 Easy Steps

I was recently asked by the folks over at OneReach to give a concise statement on how companies can improve their customer service.  They asked me along with sixty-two other customer service influencers.  The result was a rich collection of just about everything you need to know to improve your customer service, customer experience, and employee experience.

Here’s my response to their question:


In the complete report, OneReach grouped the responses together by topic and there were three obvious leaders.  First and foremost, influencers believe that to improve customer service, companies must first focus on improving the employee experience.  Next, leaders and organizations much walk in the shoes of their customer and experience their product or service from that point of view.  Finally, it’s essential to define and review customer service values for the organization.  Check out the rest of the categories:
