@jtwatkin In The Top 100 Most Social Customer Service Pros On Twitter

I’ve been out of the office for the last week on a much needed vacation but noticed yesterday that my Twitter account blew up with bunches of new followers and congratulatory tweets.  I quickly found out that I ranked #85 out of the Top 100 Most Social Customer Service Pros on Twitter in a recent post by Vala Afshar.  That was a nice surprise to return to.

As is the case on Twitter, we are limited to 140 characters and any attempt at showing gratitude so often falls short.  I just want to take a moment to first of all thank Vala for this wonderful honor and for compiling a fantastic list of customer service professionals to follow.  I also want to thank so many of my customer service heroes on this list who have shared so much wisdom and expertise both indirectly and indirectly.

We started Communicate Better Blog about a year ago and I am humbled at the relationships I’ve made and the wisdom and knowledge I’ve gained.  If you are in the business of customer service even a little bit, you would be extremely wise to follow these 100 people on Twitter.

  • Hi Jeremy,
Congratulations on your listing on the Huffington Post Top 100. It’s an amazing group of people that I’ve learned from and I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know, mostly online but hopefully in person one day. If better customer service and understanding the “why’s” of bad customer service can help in the long run, the more the merrier. 🙂
