Panel Discussion On Contact Center Training At #CCExpo14

In previous posts, Jenny and I talked about our experience at the ICMI Contact Center Expo and Conference last May.  ICMI just posted a video of a thought leader panel I had the privilege of participating in.  In the panel discussion we discussed techniques for contact center training.  It was a privilege participating with contact center experts Jeff Toister of Toister Performance Solutions, Juliette Punchello from Thomas Edison State College, Robert Gregory of Media Temple and Brock Faucette of the AICPA.
